One of the biggest names in real estate and social media is Grant Cardone. Over the course of his career, he’s built dozens of training programs and written several books. Grant Cardone Training Technologies wanted to leverage these products and his massive library of content into building a multi-channel lead generation pipeline for all the Grant Cardone brands.

Challenge
The Daily Caller, founded by FOX News host Tucker Carlson, had just launched “Patriots” - its premium content, paid subscription offering. They needed a digital strategy to attract and convert readers into paid subscribers.

After working with The Daily Caller through the four stages of my digital marketing system, they doubled their subscriber count in just under 4 months and cut their Cost-Per-Subscriber-Acquisition in half. We now consistently achieve 5x and 6x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with the Daily Caller’s Facebook ads.

Challenge
Grammy Award-winning artist Tyler, The Creator was launching his IGOR album release in 2019 and his clothing brand GOLFWANG wanted to leverage this opportunity to sell bundles of merchandise and albums using digital ads. They had not run paid social ads before.
Solution | Digital Ad Scaling
Because GOLFWANG and Tyler, The Creator had a solid digital infrastructure to start with, we were able to focus on building out and scaling ads quickly. We used custom audiences of previous customers, lookalike audiences based on those customer profiles, and retargeting on Instagram and Facebook to drive a 7X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

I set these up so they work together to inform each other with data so that you’re able to better understand and visualize your business. I then document and automate day to day processes like reporting, storing data in your CRM and scheduling content.

I take a deep dive with you into your business data and provide you with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy built specifically for your business. This will guide you with social media strategy, inbound and outbound marketing strategies, SEO, and site optimizations including UX/UI. I also provide you benchmarks for your business, as well as training and defined workflows for your team.

Let’s say you have a perfectly optimized infrastructure and you have a sound digital strategy. At this point you are probably hiring ad people, testing different vendors, or buying classes to figure out how to build and scale your advertising. I build out advertising campaigns for you on digital platforms like Google and Facebook to guarantee a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Stage 4

At this stage, as your digital marketing begins to grow and become more integrated with your overall business strategy, I build your Ongoing Growth Plan - your “Plan to Scale” - that can be executed by your team or my agency. We have different “done-for-you” and “done-with-you” arrangements that maximize the value for your business and team.
Work with me
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to marketing. This is the 4-step framework I start with and then iterate quickly with you as a client while we build and test. Every client I’ve worked with had strengths in one or more of the stages.
